What is the delivery time?

The delivery time consists of two phases:

1. Processing Time

Within 1 to 3 business days after placing the order, it will be reviewed, approved, and packaged. Subsequently, the package will be prepared for transport.

2. Delivery Time

Spain: 5-10 business days.

All shipping times exclude possible customs delays. During high-demand periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.

Where is my package?

After shipment, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.

The order can be tracked through the tracking page on our website. To do this, click on "track my order" in the main menu of our website.

For logistical reasons, the order may be sent in several partial shipments.

My tracking number isn't working

It can take up to 5 business days for tracking information to update. If after several days the tracking still shows no information, you can contact customer service.
